Our legal team will help you with complete discretion. Upon the receipt of a call, we will refer you to the competent authorities or we will take part in the administrative procedure itself to resolve the issue. If necessary we will go out to the field or contact the media. We do not guarantee that we can solve every problem, but we will certainly do our best. The purpose of the Green Phone is to encourage citizens to participate actively in environmental protection and to provide competent institutions with effective environmental solutions.

The Green Phone was established in 1992 in Croatia to help citizens solve environmental problems. Today there is a network of Green Phones and the Sunce automatically receives calls from Split – Dalmatia and Dubrovnik – Neretva County.
