This year, we celebrated 20 years of work and activities of the Green Telephone in Sunce. During all these years, we have received more than 5,000 of your calls, and the success rate of solving them on an annual level is over 80% of the reports received. The rest of the unresolved reports will continue to be resolved in the coming years through administrative procedures initiated by us as an association.

In 2019, we received a total of 246 calls from you, of which 199 reports were resolved by December 31, 2019, or 81% of the total number of reports received. The rest of the reports are still pending before the competent authorities, and work on them will continue throughout 2020.
