Two day Training – development of skills and methods for working with youth was held in Faculty of Econimics, University of Split on 17-18.05.2016.

 

Expert lecturer for the 2 day training was Duška Milinković. 

 

In total on training were 14 participants. 8 of them were professors from the Faculties, all part of University of Split: Mila Bulić and Vesna Kostović Vranješ (Faculty of Philosophy), Nediljka Vukojević Medvidović and Maša Buljac (Faculty of Chemistry and Technology), Zoran Mihanović and Slađana Pavlinović (Faculty of Economics) Željka Trumbić and Zvjezdana Popović Perković (University Department of Marine Studies). 

On training also participated 3 Association Sunce employees: Margita Radman (educational assistant), Tea Kuzmičić Rosandić (educational assistant) and Pinija Poljaković (communicator) and 3 Association Sunce volunteers: Ivana Botica, Jelana Lukić and Anita Žižak. 

 

Evaluation of the training showed that 72% of the participants were extremely satisfied with training expert Duška Milinković. Of all participants 79% of them were extremely satisfied with work atmosphere, and 64% were extremely satisfied with the work methods. 

For the question “Are the goals of the training achieved?” 77% of the participants answered yes, in total. Also 69% of them said that the workshop was lead clear and in compelling way, and 85% sad that there was plenty of possibilities for active participation and contribution of all training participants.
