Sunce carries out the Conception and implementation of educational workshops/forums/education on waste management for the City of Trogir.
The purpose of the service is to educate the citizens of Trogir about their rights, show examples of good practice, and teach them how to create solutions for improving the waste management system with an emphasis on the principles of reduce and reuse.
The service includes:
- Implementation of three participatory forums for citizens. Forums include the topics of the legislative framework and the waste management system in the Republic of Croatia, an overview of measures and recommendations for suppression of the amount of waste and education on proper waste separation with an emphasis on the principles of reduce and reuse.
- Implementation of 10 workshops for preschoolers and elementary school students in Trogir. At the workshops, participatory teaching methods are used for the topics of waste reduction and separation of bio-waste – composting and proper separation of other types of waste.
- Implementation of a forum on waste management for caterers operating in the Trogir old town area.
