Do you enjoy taking a spin on your bike or on foot? Do you also love good party? Then September 21st is your day, because Sunce is organizing the 14th Split Bike Tour, just a day before World Car-Free Day.
Sign up and show by example that it is possible to get around Split without polluting exhaust fumes. A bike doesn’t need parking, doesn’t use fuel, and the only thing it emits is good vibes!
How to join the Split Bike Tour?
Everyone is welcome to the ride. You can join as a cyclist, a volunteer, or just as a spectator who enjoys a good time. Check out how it looked last year!
Cyclists
If you register as a cyclist, you will ride a designated route, which this year does not go through Marjan hill. Anyone confident in their cycling abilities and able to complete the route without major difficulties can sign up.
All participants under 14 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or another responsible adult. Everyone under 16 is required to wear a helmet.

For years now, Sunce has used the Split biking tour to advocate for more bike lanes in Split and to encourage increased bicycle use in the city. As in every year, in celebration of European Mobility Week (September 16–22), we promote the development of sustainable urban mobility and the use of clean transport solutions, like bicycles.
Join us with your bike and let’s show that Split can be a city of modern mobility!
All cyclists will be able to participate in the raffle for free.

Not into cycling? You can still support the Split biking tour by taking part in the fun activities in Đardin, like every year. There will be music, socializing, and games. You will also get a chance to learn more about Sunce and our partners’ activities.
Get ready for BMX stunts, a bicycle alka and a raffle, which you can join by donating to Sunce. It’s also a great chance to ask us anything you want about membership, volunteering, internships, or job opportunities.
Green Phone
At Đardin, you’ll also find Sunce’s Green Phone booth. Our staff will hand out the brochure “Lend your voice to the environment!” and provide useful information on how to report an environmental issue, as well as what happens next with your report.
If you’re already aware of a specific problem, you’ll be able to report it on the spot.
The project “Green Phone – Lend your voice to the environment!” is co-financed in 2025 by the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency fund, for the third year in a row. This support ensures the sustainability of the service and continued quality cooperation with citizens and institutions.
