As part of the EU project “Responsible for nature“, this week started the first cycle of long-term volunteering program in the Association for Nature, Environment and Sustainable development Sunce in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Split and is intended for faculty students. Volunteering will take place in the period from 1 March to 1 June this year. For the first cycle of volunteering, we chose two worthy volunteers – Iva and Jelena. Both students of the third year of the Faculty of Law in Split have decided to volunteer in the legal office of the Association Sunce after participating in the “Environmental law” workshop held on December 1, 2016 at the Faculty of Law where the lawyers of the Association tried to bring the students closer to a fairly new branch of law – Environmental law. How successful they were, tells you the figure that out of a total of 36 participants in the workshops – all expressed the desire for volunteering in the Sunce’s legal office
The second cycle of volunteering for students of the Faculty of Law starts on 01 June and runs until 1 September 2017 under the guidance of the mentor Ivana Krstulović Grubišić, lawyer of the Association (for all info, please contact [email protected]).
There is no other way than to welcome the Iva and Jelena, and we want them a lot of work success with the inevitable dose of entertainment that they expect with us. Iva and Jelena, it is our pleasure to welcome you to our small family!
