This year, on World Car-Free Day, September 22nd, Sunce is organizing the 13th Split Biking Tour. As part of European Mobility Week, which runs from September 16th to 22nd, Sunce is once again promoting sustainable urban mobility and alternative forms of transportation, such as cycling.

This year’s Split Biking Tour, the entire entertainment program, and valuable prizes wouldn’t be possible without the support of our sponsors and partners.
The City of Split, the Split Tourist Board, Split-Dalmatia County, the Split-Dalmatia County Tourist Board, and Promet Split are co-funding the organization of the 13th Split Biking Tour, providing us with support in promoting sustainable mobility and a better future for our city. We are also supported by the Split Health School and the Split Natural Science School, whose students will help organize the event as volunteers and partners.
What if I don’t have a bike?
Want to participate in the Split Biking Tour but don’t have a bike? Don’t worry, this year our partner Split Parking has ensured that everyone can take part! Specifically, Nextbike city bikes will be free to rent from 3 PM to 9 PM on the day of the Split Biking Tour.
All you need to do is download the Nextbike app to your device, register, and activate your account by depositing 10 EUR, and then sign up for the event at Sunce’s stand. If you’re already a registered user of the public bike system, you don’t need to register again, just sign up at the organizer’s stand. Don’t forget to check in at the Sunce stand to have your Nextbike rental fee refunded!

Our activities at the finish line – the bike ride, the raffle, the quiz, or the cycling alka – while tempting on their own, are even more eagerly anticipated thanks to the many prizes our sponsors have provided. Once again, Extreme shop is responsible for the grand prize – one lucky winner will take home a brand-new bike!
Besides the bike, we have other interesting, useful, and exciting prizes. We won’t reveal everything just yet, but it’s enough to say that this year, as always, you’ll be rewarded by Red Adventures, Zip-line Omiš, Joker, and Split Parking.
