Through the project “Improvement of the system of sustainable management, tourist valorization and interpretation of natural heritage in the area of the National Park Mljet, MLJET – ODISE (J) A MEDITERRANEA” for the Public Institution National Park Mljet, the Association Sunce Split:
- completed 4 volunteer programs (“Drywall Restorer – Keeper of the Past”, “Builder of Hiking Trails”, “Opinion Researcher” and “Traditional Plant Carer”);
- made a short call for web volunteers for all 4 volunteer programs;
- established an online system for evaluating the satisfaction of volunteering;
- developed the “Manual for the management of volunteers and volunteer programs of the Public Institution National Park Mljet” as a kind of tool for ensuring the continuity and quality of the implementation of volunteer programs intended for employees of the Public Institution NP Mljet.
