For the period of maternity leave, the employee is required for work as a Full-time Associate<\/em><\/strong> and Half-time Project coordinator<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The advantages that apply to both positions are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Work or volunteering in the civil society sector.
\nExperience in the work and\/or knowledge of nature and environment protection sector in Croatia.
\nKnowledge of the principles of action and actors of civil society in the Republic of Croatia and the EU.
\nExperience working with people with different profiles.
\nDriving license category B (active driver).<\/p>\n

Required candidate profile<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Sensitivity to environmental and nature protection issues and high motivation for engagement in the protection of nature and the environment.
\nGood organizational, logistic and operational skills.
\nGood communication skills, patience in communicating with different user profiles.
\nPersistence, thoroughness, creativity, adaptability to the environment.
\nExcellent readiness for teamwork, but also independence in work, responsibility and proactivity.
\nAbility to simultaneously work on multiple themes\/projects.
\nReadiness to adapt to sudden deadlines and flexibility in working time.
\nReadiness to learn and adopt new skills.
\nStrength and creativity in finding solutions.
\nReadiness for occasional trips to Croatia and abroad.<\/p>\n
