{"id":2466,"date":"2016-09-11T14:53:00","date_gmt":"2016-09-11T14:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sunce.itlaganini.org\/en\/sun-has-a-strategic-plan-for-5-years\/"},"modified":"2017-12-11T13:58:24","modified_gmt":"2017-12-11T13:58:24","slug":"sun-has-a-strategic-plan-for-5-years","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/news\/sun-has-a-strategic-plan-for-5-years\/","title":{"rendered":"Sunce has a Strategic Plan for 5 years!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Sunce Association has recognized the <strong>Strategic Planning<\/strong> as an <strong>extremely important tool for organizational development and the building of a culture of <\/strong>learning organization. The current planning has been conducted in three-year cycles, while the <strong>last strategic plan<\/strong> has been developed for the f<strong>ive-year period from 2011 to 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since it was designed for a longer, five year period, it was envisaged to review its implementation during 2013\/2014. years. However, in 2014, we started the process of <a href=\"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/blog\/2016\/03\/udruga-sunce-vodeca-okolisna-udruga-u-dalmaciji\">external evaluation<\/a> of the Work of the Association for the <strong>ten-year period from 2005 to 2015<\/strong>, led by external consultant <strong>Marina \u0160krabalo<\/strong>. This evaluation has been used as<strong> a tool for reviewing the implementation of the applicable Plan and the basis for a new strategic planning cycle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>By entering into the strategic planning process in 2015, our intention was to prepare and <strong>coordinate with <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/europe2020\/europe-2020-in-a-nutshell\/index_hr.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Europe 2020<\/a><\/strong> and all the other changes that took place at national and international level.<\/p>\n<p>Strategic planning included a <strong>workshop held in Roga\u010d<\/strong> on the island of \u0160olta on August 31 and on September 1 and 2, 2015.
