{"id":2457,"date":"2016-05-19T06:49:00","date_gmt":"2016-05-19T06:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sunce.itlaganini.org\/en\/training-on-working-with-youth\/"},"modified":"2016-10-10T14:36:35","modified_gmt":"2016-10-10T14:36:35","slug":"training-on-working-with-youth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/news\/training-on-working-with-youth\/","title":{"rendered":"Training on working with youth"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n\tTwo day <strong>Training &#8211; development of skills and methods for working with youth<\/strong>\u00a0was held in Faculty of Econimics, University of Split on 17-18.05.2016.<\/div>\n<div>\n\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n\tExpert lecturer for the 2 day training was Du\u0161ka Milinkovi\u0107.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n\tIn total on training were 14 participants. 8 of them were professors from the Faculties, all part of University of Split: Mila Buli\u0107 and Vesna Kostovi\u0107 Vranje\u0161 (Faculty of Philosophy), Nediljka Vukojevi\u0107 Medvidovi\u0107 and Ma\u0161a Buljac (Faculty of Chemistry and Technology), Zoran Mihanovi\u0107 and Sla\u0111ana Pavlinovi\u0107 (Faculty of Economics) \u017deljka Trumbi\u0107 and Zvjezdana Popovi\u0107 Perkovi\u0107 (University Department of Marine Studies).\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n\tOn training also participated 3 Association Sunce employees: Margita Radman (educational assistant), Tea Kuzmi\u010di\u0107 Rosandi\u0107 (educational assistant) and Pinija Poljakovi\u0107 (communicator) and 3 Association Sunce volunteers: Ivana Botica, Jelana Luki\u0107 and Anita \u017di\u017eak.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n\tEvaluation of the training showed that 72% of the participants were extremely satisfied with training expert Du\u0161ka Milinkovi\u0107. Of all participants 79% of them were extremely satisfied with work atmosphere, and 64% were extremely satisfied with the work methods.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n\tFor the question \u201cAre the goals of the training achieved?\u201d 77% of the participants answered yes, in total.
