The participants of the seminar were students (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ffst.hr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>FFST<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ktf-split.hr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>KTF<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/more.unist.hr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>BEM<\/strong> <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efst.hr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>EFST<\/strong><\/a>) and young unemployed persons, and the workshops involved 21 participants.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the seminar was to educate young people, motivate them and encourage environmentally responsible behavior and active citizenship.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar for young people consisted of 3 one-day workshops and 1 two-day workshop with the following topics:<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Waste and composting<\/strong> \/ Active participation, 08.03.2014.<\/p>\n<p>Workshop leader: Dada Leroti\u0107<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Healthy food &#8211; chemical contamination of food<\/strong> \/ Active participation, 15.03.2014.<\/p>\n<p>Workshop leader: Dada Leroti\u0107<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>Nature Protection<\/strong> \/ Active participation, 22.03.2014.<\/p>\n<p>Workshop leader: Margita Radman<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Project cycle management and drafting of project proposals<\/strong>, 29 and 30.03.2014.<\/p>\n<p>Workshop Manager: Gabrijela Meduni\u0107-Orli\u0107<\/p>\n<p>The youth seminar is part of the two-year project &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/hr\/projekti\/sudjeluj-u-odrzivom-razvoju\/\"><strong>Participate in Sustainable Development<\/strong><\/a>&#8221; of the Association for Nature, Environment and Sustainable Development Sunce.
