You can find out more about the project at <a href=\"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/category\/projects\/green-phone\/\">https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/category\/projects\/green-phone\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, we celebrated 2<strong>0 years of work and activities of the Green Telephone in Sunce<\/strong>. During all these years, we have received more than 5,000 of your calls, and the success rate of solving them on an annual level is over 80% of the reports received. The rest of the unresolved reports will continue to be resolved in the coming years through administrative procedures initiated by us as an association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your calls are received and handled by Sunce&#8217;s experienced legal team: our lawyers Ivana Krstulovi\u0107 Bakovi\u0107 and Andrea Gizdi\u0107,<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>whom you can also contact directly via e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:ivana.krstulovic.bakovic@sunce-st.org\">ivana.krstulovic.bakovic@sunce-st.org<\/a>, <a href=\"mailto:andrea.gizdic@sunce-st.org\">andrea.gizdic@sunce-st.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2019, we received a total of 246 calls from you, of which 199 reports were resolved by December 31, 2019, or 81% of the total number of reports received.
