After 50 years, students volunteered to restore the kiosk of the Marjan Society<\/strong> and on St. Duje, on May 7<\/strong>, exhibited and sold their own product – vegan pa\u0161ticada<\/strong>, officially called A’ La Pa\u0161ticada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Traditionally, liturgical, folklore and urban elements are intertwined in Sudamija, which is why the celebration of St. Duje <\/em>was a real opportunity to present our high school students’ innovative sauce – \u00c0 La Pa\u0161ticada<\/em> – said Maja Golem<\/strong>, expert associate at Sunce Association.

– It is a fantastic feeling to have a product that could easily be found in stores, and which combines tradition, flavors, quality and encourages a healthy lifestyle – explains student Anita Pu\u0111a<\/strong>.

Vegan pa\u0161ticada at \u201ePrva vidilica<\/strong>\u201c could be bought in an independent jar or as part of a gift package consisting of a wooden box with two jars of “pa\u0161ticada”, a kitchen towel with the product’s logo and a recipe booklet. Students from three schools that participated in the project contributed to the final appearance of the product. Thus, the students of High School Bra\u0107e Radi\u0107<\/strong>, Ka\u0161tel \u0160tafili\u0107, made a vegan sauce, the Vocational Technical School<\/strong> Split made a wooden box for a gift package, and the School of Design, Graphics and Sustainable Construction<\/strong> made the majority of the visual part, from the logo and tea towel and cookbook to photos products and designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This special pa\u0161ticada was created within the project that Sunce implements to strengthen the entrepreneurial skills of young people Green student companies – sustainable thinking and action<\/a>.

– I hope that, together with the team of experts who worked with them on the development of the idea, we managed to bring them closer to entrepreneurial awareness and encourage them to entrepreneurship<\/em> – said Margita Radman<\/strong>, head of the Sunce department.
