In accordance with the Law on Volunteering and the internal acts of the Association Sunce Split, our volunteer can be any adult who is a member of the Association Sunce or who has expressed an interest in volunteering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The projects and activities of the Association Sunce from 2021 in which volunteers participated are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project “Solidarity for Green Dalmatia 2020”<\/strong> and “Solidarity for Green Dalmatia 2021” <\/strong>projects within the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) program \u2013 a total of 4 ESC volunteers participated in educational, organizational and logistical activities, while one volunteer participated in mentoring ESC volunteers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solidarity project “School Botanical Garden of Mediterranean Plants” <\/strong>\u2013 3 volunteers participated in the realization of the school botanical garden of Mediterranean plants as a solidarity project under the European Solidarity Corps program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Split Bike Tour<\/strong> \u2013 2 ESC volunteers helped with the organization and implementation of the public event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project “LIFE Artina \u2013 “Seabird Conservation Network in the Adriatic” <\/strong>\u2013 one volunteer created a short video from footage taken during the two educational trips for kindergarten and elementary school children from the islands of Lastovo, Vis and Kor\u010dula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project “Preserving the Adriatic Sea Ecosystems by Active Participation – SEAS<\/em>“<\/strong> \u2013 one volunteer has produced a questionnaire for members of the Green Forum network in order to gather practice-related experiences of the members through their work related to public participation and sustainable management of the marine environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project “ADRIREEF \u2013 Innovative Exploitation of Adriatic Reefs in Order to Strengthen Blue Economy”<\/strong> \u2013 one volunteer participated in the preparation of texts and designs for a total of 10 panels for the “Festival of Adriatic Reefs” in July 2021 in Komi\u017ea on the island of Vis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
