As the project Sustainable Student Companies in Croatian High Schools \u2013 Green Enterprises Promote Entrepreneurial Thinking and Action Among Young People in Croatia and Green Student Enterprises \u2013 Sustainable Thinking and Action come closer to the end, so the time has come to jointly evaluate everything we have experienced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a part of the evaluation workshops of students from three high schools (Craft Technical School Split, School of Graphic Design and Sustainable Construction and Bra\u0107a Radi\u0107 Secondary School<\/strong>), they discussed the following issues with their teachers and educators from the Association Sunce<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 What did you learn from participating in the project?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 What new knowledge or skills have you acquired?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 What new knowledge and skills will be useful to you in the future (continuing your education \/ at work)?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 What was especially good during the project?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 What achievements would you like to highlight?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 What could have been different?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 What challenges have emerged?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Where do we require help\/support for the following period?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have jointly determined what we are extremely pleased with:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 organizational leadership of the project by the Sunce\u2019s Educators<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 the content of the handbook and its possibility of concrete application in youth work<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 project partners, their competencies and engagement in working with students and teachers and the motivation of those involved<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 designed and manufactured product A ‘La Pa\u0161ticada<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 gained experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 togetherness and socializing through the project and a pleasant working atmosphere<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 establishment of the student cooperatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 perseverance of students and teachers during the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, as in every project, we identified difficulties that arose:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 delay in the start of the Green Student Enterprise Project \u2013 Sustainable Thinking and Action from the planned September 2021 to November 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 the difference between German and Croatian school practice, terminology and legislation (cooperative and training company)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 organization of project activities during the coronavirus pandemic, harmonization of obligations of educators, mentors and three schools in different shifts and organization among students of three unique schools (harmonization of time schedule)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 work of teachers in free time<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 harmonization of product placement according to the wishes, needs and possibilities of the three schools<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 complex procedure of establishing a student cooperative.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
