Activities include theoretical and practical training of young staff for sustainable tourism.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project activities:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparation and implementation of the educational program <em>Career for Green, Digital and Sustainable Tourism<\/em> for pupils.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inclusion of students of the Faculty of Economics in Split in the service-learning program.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Education and familiarization of relevant stakeholders with the benefits of a sustainable tourist and catering offer.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public event Cleaning sailing race \u2013 Race against time.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expected results of the project:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>designed and implemented educational program (1 introductory lecture, 2 interactive workshops on digital marketing, 3 field workshops on sustainable tourism and zero-waste principles, 3 public events for stakeholders in tourism, 5 articles on sustainable tourism)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>service-learning program implemented (2 students \u2013 created educational program for pupils (80 hours); 2 students &#8211; created sustainable tourism promotion program (80 hours); created digital map of sustainable content in Split)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>educated relevant stakeholders on the benefits of sustainable tourism and catering (3 public events on sustainable tourism and the Dalmatia Green program; organized and held 1 training for 10 caterers on Zero waste principles; included 5 new members in the Dalmatia Green program; improved visibility of the Dalmatia Green program)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>successfully cleaned targeted bays from marine litter through the public event Cleaning sailing race-race against time.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project partners:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The project leader is the Association for Nature, Environment and Sustainable Development Sunce.&nbsp;<br>Project partners are association Infozona, Tourist Board of Split, Faculty of Economics Split, High school &#8220;Bra\u0107e Radi\u0107&#8221; Ka\u0161tel \u0160tafili\u0107 and Makarun d.o.o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project duration: July 1, 2023 &#8211; June 28, 2024.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Donor:&nbsp;<\/strong>Ministry of Tourism and Sports (MINTS).<br>The total amount of the project is EUR 39,270.51, with MINTS co-financing amounting to EUR 25,956.00.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project manager: <\/strong>Tihana Arapovi\u0107, tihana.arapovic@sunce-st.org.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunce started the implementation of the project Career for Green, Digital and Sustainable Tourism.\u00a0 Project [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":18698,"parent":3078,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-22920","page","type-page","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/22920","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/8"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=22920"}],"version-history":[{"count":4,"href":"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/22920\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":29365,"href":"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/22920\/revisions\/29365"}],"up":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3078"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/18698"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/sunce-st.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=22920"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
