After a well-deserved rest in July and August, the Swap Fair opens its doors again on September 5, 2023, at 6 p.m. in the Klub Zona in Split.
Swap fairs continue to take place as before, every first Tuesday of the month from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Split, on the premises of the Klub Zona at Jerina Street 1.
This initiative allows citizens to exchange items they no longer use for those they need. Every little thing that you don’t need anymore, and would probably end up in the trash after the seasonal cleaning, can now find a new purpose thanks to the Swap Fair.
The rules are simple:
Each participant can bring up to five preserved objects, which are neat and functional. We will not accept clothes and shoes at this fair. Namely, during the year we received the most such items, so we want to encourage people to bring some other items as well, such as books, decorations, jewelry, toys, fashion accessories, and the like. As we have a lot of clothes and shoes from previous fairs, you will find them on our shelves and be able to exchange them for your vouchers.
Each item brought is worth one voucher, and the vouchers are later exchanged for newly selected items. If not all vouchers are used up, they can be kept for the next Fair.
We invite citizens to join this event to give old items a new chance while contributing to the preservation of the environment and the creation of a better future.
